A few posts back I shared a Bokeh Background Technique. I had a few inquiries as to how I did it and what sort of template I used so I did a quick video to show you just how to achieve the look on your own! I hope you enjoy it :)

Stamp Sets: Good Greetings
Card Stock: Whisper White, Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant, Silver Glimmer Paper
Ink: Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White Craft Ink
Accessories: Window Sheet, Circle Framelits, Heart from Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, Large Polka Dots EF, Basic Rhinestones, Silver Sequins, Multi-purpose Liquid Glue, Sponges
