Happy Independence Day to all my US blog readers! I hope you are enjoying your day off and sunshine is brightening your day! It's another hot one in my area today so we've opted to stay in the AC for the afternoon.
I was looking through some of my photos this morning and realized I hadn't shared the card I made for my Dad to give to my Mom for their anniversary a couple of weeks ago. Most of the punch art on this card is done freehand and many of the elements are from cardstock found in my scrap box. So, in other words, I have no memory or idea what I used LOL.
I can tell you that the figures heads are made with the 3/4" circle punch and the lady's bun is made with an additional 1/2" circle layered on top. The highlights in their hair were added with a white gel pen. The sentiment is from the limited edition set, Best of Love (available until March 2014).
I'll be back tomorrow with a kiddo birthday card I'm working on! Until then have a fabulous day!

How adorable, what a sweet card Melissa. Your 'Heart Sunset' and 'Duck Hunter' was just too cute as well, your punch art is so creative! What a talent you have, thanks for sharing with us!
