Spring....so many things are wonderful about spring. Longer days, visiting the local nurseries for seeds and plants, warmer days, my birthday, my husband's birthday, opening windows to let in the fresh air, talking to neighbours who have been hibernating all winter, getting out the BBQ, putting away boots and heavy winter clothes. And that's just a few of my favourite spring things.

Love being able to plant and tend to my garden again. Really over this cold weather nonsense. But seriously, I WANT that barrel of tulips, it's awesome!

My favorite thing about Spring...Winter is over and the earth comes alive again. Open windows are possible and the rains settle into a gentle pattern of nighttime showers and sunny days. Thanks Melissa for a chance at the tutorial. jlfstudio@live.com

Bright flowers, new born green of grass or weeds in our case. The nest full of baby birds chirping on the front porch. The quick scuttle of lizards looking for food. These are a few of my favorite things about spring.

My favorite part of spring is watching my flowers start to peak through the snow. After such a cold winter this year, it will be a welcome site. vickiott-SU@charter.net

One of my favorite things, I'd have to say is Easter. I like Easter, from the religious aspect, more than Christmas. There are many other things I like about Spring too: pastel colors, flowers, warmer weather, backyard birds, etc. Thanks for the opportunity, Melissa. Your
barrel of tulips is lovely-love the bright colors.

My favorite part of spring is being able to run outside again with the fear of slipping on ice.

My favorite thing about Spring is how green everything is. I live in Oregon where the rain glistens off the trees.
